Yes. Just follow the standard upgrade proceedures.

Back up the database.
Back up the site files.
delete the site files.
install the files from the latest distribution archive.
out your ost-config.php back in place.
Log in and run the upgrader.

I would like install a new server with 1.14 versión and update the BBDD, but i have and error:

Error : "the number of columns in the csv data on line 1 is invalid" and I have transformed the colums

Hi,

I export the tables in MySQL and after import the table in the new SQL. I have this error and the table don't update.

There should not be a table to update when you import the back up into the new database...

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from 1.9.15 to 1.14.3,
i followed the upgrade steps but i'm getting these errors:
DB Error #1146 "ost_translation table is not existed " and another one
DB Error #"1054 "Unknown column 'extra' in 'field list"

environment specifications:
Apache web server
php v7.4.9
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.31

Please your advice as soon as possible.

khadija94 please start your own thread. Remember to post your environment information and the full errors that you are receiving from the errors log. Also while I do not think that it is the root cause of your issue, osTicket does not officially support PHP 7.4 at this time.
