Specific form for an organization

Hello,
I am well on the vesion 1.14.1 of OsTicket.
I need to set up specific forms for an organization, when creating a ticket, from the view of an agent or a user belonging to this organization. Is it possible ? If yes, how ?

For information, I try with the filter system -> Help Topics with specific form here ..

But I have the impression that the filter system does not work.
So I tested several rules in the filters, nothing to do .. By mail, or webform, it does not work ... despite the activation of all these!

Organizations cannot display custom forms to a tickets.
This is done via Help Topic.

Depends on if this is related to the first question. If you are looking to add a form to a ticket based on a specific user then no.

If you are looking to: route tickets from a specific user to a different department; or send a canned response; or some other action then the answer is yes.

If a user connects, being part of the company YY then he will have the form YY.
If a user connects, being part of the OO company, then he will have the OO form.
If a user connects, being part of the RR company, and that there is no form for him, no filter for example, then the basic form.

Why this request: We have clients with special requests, he should give us additional information depending on the case.

Is it possible to pre-fill fields according to the organization?

This is not a feature in osTicket. You would have to use Help Topics to display a custom form and then have the user populate the values.
