Can there be autoclosed option in Ticket that it will be autoclosed in 5 days if there is no reply by user
This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.
There is a 3rd party AutoCloser plugin that you could try: https://github.com/clonemeagain/plugin-autocloser I have never used it and do not know if this is compatible with 1.14.1.
