Hi, I'm using osTicket version v1.14.1 (f1e9e88) - Apache - 7.3.11
When i made a reply to the ticket I'm not assigned to the ticket.
On settings, ticket the check box to assign an operator on reply is checked.
Claim Tickets on Response
Enable this to auto-assign unassigned tickets to the responding Agent.
Reopened tickets are always assigned to the last respondent unless auto assign on reopen is disabled on the Department level.
It's a bug?
