I have a ticket already opened by a user and I would like to add into it an email that I have received from someone else. The ticketing system has an email address that is used (ostickets@.....) and I wonder if I can forward the email to that address with the same or a recognised subject line, and ticket number maybe, if it will append it to the correct ticket as so far, all it does is open new tickets. I have attached my sysconfig if it helps. All and any help is greatly appreciated.
