I am in need of the database schema for osTicket. I'm using Zapier to ping the database when a new ticket is created to return the s3 information on files that are uploaded as part of ticket creation and can't figure out how the database tables are connected. I see where tickets are created but I can't figure out how to tie that to the appropriate table where the AWS S3 key is located.
