I've recently taken over the osTicket system in our office as our previous admin is no longer with the company. I am an agent on the system, but I do not have the admin's log in credentials. Email was never set up correctly, so resetting the password doesn't work. Is there a way to log into the Ubuntu server and change the admin? (I have no experience with Ubuntu) This is not a critical resource, so I don't have time to learn Ubuntu.
