Username without email

I have installed and configured the Osticket everything works correctly I just want the following that instead of placing the email only put an alphanumeric user and can log in by deleting the email during the entire ticket process since it will work that way without mail.

Is it possible to do this?
In what way could it be done?

I do not believe that you can do this. Name and Email are required for each User.
