Some text is not translated (but is in translation file)

Hi,
Some of the text of our osTicket implementation doesn't translate (to Dutch). See https://support.code54.nl/ or the image below.

I searched for this English text and found it in the translation files.
Than I downloaded the Language-pack again, selected English and selected Dutch again, but it won't translate these couple of lines.

We do use osTicketAwesome theme, but this is not CSS-theme related I think.
What could cause this?

You appear to be running a third person Theme Mod. Please remove the mod and see if there is still a problem.

If there is then someone would look at this, other wise you would want to talk to the Theme Mod Author for support for the theme.
