How can i add more fields to the agent profile apart from name, email and username? I'm using osticket v1.14.1

sorry for late reply. i've tried that. it is not working the way i want it. the fields only show when creating new ticket. it is not shown in agent profile (admin panel > agents > [agent name] > account)
Oh right that just adds to Users. There does not appear to be a way to add fields to Agents specifically.
