How to show approval if it shows software installation
No clue what it is that you are trying to ask with this one. osTicket does not have an approval process. It most certainly cannot invade someones computer to show if a piece of software is installed.
Sounds like a work flow issue.
You can add the person that approves as a Collaborator and send then update the ticket asking for approval.
