I have 10 forms and 10 help topics, each form there is a 1 field common to 10 forms which a dropdown list , but in managing queue column there are only 2 primary and secondary, if i set that 2 source, the other helptopic cant see the value...

i just want to add a new column which is based the list not by the fields of form...

for Example, i have a custom list which is country

Then i have 5 custom forms and 5 help topics (each helptopics is different custom form) but each custom form they have similar fields which country

since in the custom form there area only 2 sources (primary and secondary source) so i can only add two fields of the form

then i create a ticket each helptopic and this is the final result..

only 2 ticket will show the country since there are only 2 form in the source...

i suggest to have a multiple entry in the source or choices in sources that using list...

Dependent lists are not a feature in osTicket at this time.

You would likely have to learn PHP/HTML to do this yourself, or hire someone who can do it for you.

The alternatives would be to wait until it is released in a future version, or leave it how it is now.
