OsTicket, you intend to implement a Ticket evaluation mod, example: send an email to evaluate if it was great, good or bad .... etc etc
You do not need to mod the system to do this. You make a canned response that the agent sends when closing the ticket that links them to the suvery site that you want to use.
OK thank you but wouldn't it be interesting to develop something like that? .... I can develop ..... I will study a little more osticket and start creating something like MOD ... would this MOD path be?
I would recommend making it a plugin and not a mod.
