Running 1.14.1. For some reason my due dates on new tickets have starting setting themselves to 17 days from the date the ticket was submitted. The default SLA is set for 168 hours (7 days). Nothing has changed in the system and the due date worked fine before today. Any ideas?
Gawd. Nevermind. I just realized I set the Default Schedule to M-F, 8am to 6pm. Apparently it only counts hours during that time frame. It was counting 10 hours per day instead of 24.
That would do it. 🙂
