Hi there,
We recently installed a new application server and are in the process of testing a move of osTicket as well as an upgrade to v1.14.1
Old Server specs:
OS: Windows Server 2003 x86 (So glad to finally be getting rid of this one)
MySQL: 5.7.28 (already moved DB over to new server)
PHP: 5.4.23
Web: IIS 6.0
osTicket: 1.10.4
New Server specs:
OS: Windows Server 2019 x64
MySQL: 5.7.28
PHP: 7.2.25
Web: IIS 10
osTicket: 1.14.1
As mentioned, we have moved over the DB to the new server and it is running fine with osTicket v1.10.4 web and PHP on the old server. We have set up a test DB and upgraded to osTicket 1.12 and then to 1.14.1 without issues and are now in the testing phase.
Initially we had issues with many of the functions having blank javascript popups, and with some searching we managed to resolve most of these by setting the PHP setting cgi.fix_pathinfo to "1".
However, if we try and add a collaborator to a ticket, then we still get this blank popup. Further inspection in the console of the browser shows the following:
GET http://serverpath/scp/ajax.php/thread/8922/add-collaborator/addcc 400 (Bad Request)
and also jquery-3.4.0.min.js?f1e9e88:2
If I try and load that link manually then a blank white page shows only this error:
"URL not supported"
I have exhausted my researching abilities thus far to no avail. Only similar error messages popping up are for people using the web server NGINX.
Does anybody perhaps have any idea as to why I am getting these errors? Perhaps resolving the issue will fix similar errors experienced elsewhere that I am not even aware of yet?
Any help from anybody would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
