[resolved] Ticket Link not Working

In this example, let's say the url of the site is simply the ip address 192.168.1.1.

For some reason, when a user tries to check the status of their tickets, by clicking on the link in the email, it requires them to login. The email contains the auth code, but it's taking them to the user login page.

Settings > Users > Auth Token ON
Settings > Users > Client Quick Access OFF
Settings > Users > Registration Method: Public
Settings > Users > Registration Required OFF

Settings > System > Helpdesk Url : http://192.168.1.1

Also tried setting the Registration Method to disabled. Makes no difference. Also, when I go to the "Check Ticket Status" page, enter the test email and ticket number, it just takes me back to the Check Ticket Status page.

Myst have been a MySQL 5.7 issue. I backed up the database, stripped everything out and reinstalled MySQL 5.7. Works as expected.
