I've scoured this forum and the net but can't find an answer. I'm using v1.14.1. I've created several departments and assigned agents as managers of those departments. But when the agent/manager logs in they cannot see tickets assigned to their department. I've checked and rechecked permissions and everything seems good. The departments are nested (ie Facilities/Georgia, Facilities/NE Florida, etc.). The agents/managers have view only with the nested department set as the primary. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I just can't figure it out. Does anyone have any advice?
