I am an osTicket rookie and just set it up.
I am wondering if there is an option to automatically change the ticket status on reply by staff or department?
I have created a new ticket status (name: processing / status open).
When a staff replies to a ticket I want to change the status automatically from 'open' to 'processing'.
I've already searched for it, but I neither couldn't find anything at the forum nor on Google.
Hope you guys can help me
