I think osTicket is a great software and me and my team use it everyday. But there are some limitations: I would like more options when sending a response from osTicket. The way this is done today is extremely restrictive and sometimes hinder us in our work. I want to suggest the following options for each email that you send:

With these options you could select any one or many of the peaople you have communicated with in this ticket. You could even send to a new collaborator. You can also choose exactly which you want as To:, Cc or Bcc:
