In upgrading to from 1.12.4 to 1.14.1 I encounter the following error:

I even tried to run the upgrade from the OST deployment's direct IP, it's behind a Duo Network Gateway. The problem occurs regardless. I see it mentioned a "Field not defined" issue but not really sure what that is.
