Custom QUEUE Export Missing Tickets which are visible on Website. I have tried removing cdata table from database also, but its still showing the same results.
Below is environment for this Change.
Server Information
Ticket Version v1.12.5 (933bb1f) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 5.6.41
PHP Version 7.0.29

Or Suggest if there is any other way we can share example.
I have made new QUEUES for all Ticket to be exported and found the same issues where every time export giving Different Nos which varies being 200-500 nos and not seeing any pattern in those export. Although Ticket count on Dashboard on this queue remains same and we are not creating so much ticket in that small time.
See if any can suggest or look this export issue.
Also Export giving duplicate Tickets, let us know if there is any limit in export in Total Tickets Or its breaking the export csv file in between which can be looked in any log?
Suggest as still its same, if we download all tickets. Its giving duplicate as well as nos doesn't match with Dashboard count. although Dashboard count is correct as those are matching with _Cdata Ticket Table.
I have the same issue. Search record count not matching excel record when exported. version v1.12.3
