I installed the translation packages for Portuguese Brazil, but several areas are in English, is there any other configuration that I need to do so that all OsTicket is translated?
You would have to change the following:
Landing page (user side)
Queue names would need to be translated (Agent side)
Other wise I'm not sure since you didn't really tell us what isn't translating.
