Hi. Does anyone know how can I set up a password for a new agent in version 1.14-1?

    It's Under Agents>Select the Agent you want to set a password
    Then under Account>Authentication>Right next to Username
    Set Password option

      Thank you for your reply, I've tried that but it doesn't send the email to the user. Do you have any idea what might be wrong. All the other emails from the system comes without any issue.

      If you manually set the password, you have to tell the agent what their password is.
