I changed this default template concerning the Home page but it's not changing. I have seen my modifications in the database but I have not seen them on the website.
You can also see the nav, It's not changing, It always in English, however, I chose the French language. It's the same thing for Guest user | Sign in. All should be in French but it always in English when I chose the French language, it the same thing for all the system. My default language is French.
I use Osticket 1.14, PHP 7.2.25-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1. Please I need your help concerning these mistakes I don't know what is the problem. But when I use the German language but there is not a problem, all works with the German language.
Sounds like there might be a problem with the other language pack if it works with one pack and not the other.
