Hi, I have 3 different forms with different fields and I’m trying to get a different email template sent out for each form to display that forms data.

Or how do I attach the ticket as a PDF to that email.

There is no way to send a different email template out for a ticket that has a specific form.

You would have to have an agent print the ticket to .pdf and attach it in a reply to the ticket.

      You can edit the templates to your hearts content.
