osTicket 1.14.1 ticket: Unknown or invalid ID.
I'm new to linux, I have upgraded our old osticket from 1.10 to 1.14.1 on Centos 7 with PHP 7.3.14 // MySQL 5.5.64 // Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips PHP/7.3.14 web server and everything seemed to be working ok but when testing emailing our system directly all emails seem to be fine, when I click the login on the agent email it opens the agent portal and give me the error "ticket: Unknown or invalid ID." and there is no ticket in the system with that ID. webforms work on but not able to respond by email, if I do it acts like it works but it does't put anything in the ticket that was on the email.
I tested done some testing
I created the user email account in users - this stopped the error in agent portal but still no ticket created it acts like it is an give a ticket number. and now when I click the login link in the email it just opens past ticket and not the new one and doesnt even show it has one with the new ticket number.

If I check ticket statis with the email address and the ticket number from web portal I get the error "Access denied"

You have not provided us with what your "link" is that you are clicking on, so there really isn't much that we would be able to do to assist you. Nor do i see any Apache or PHP error logs.
