Hola, tengo un problema con los tickets que se levantan via mail. Al recibir un mail, con la opcion de texto enriquecido habilitada, me llegan los mails vacios. Solamente gmail funciona correctamente, los demas (outlook, live, hotmail, etc) no funcionan. Si hay una imagen en el cuerpo del mail, ya el correo llega vacio y la imagen adjunta. Este problema lo tenia en la version v1.12.2 por lo cual actualice a la v1.14.1 esperando que se solucione, pero no, el problema sigue.
¿Saben como solucionarlo? ¿o a que se debe el problema? vi que a muchos les pasa, pero no encontré una forma de solucionarlo en el foro.
