This is not fresh install but i moved OsTicket to new server by upgrading to latest version, i did tried on Old server it did not worked also and i thought it is because of E-Mail Service Provider, so i changed service provider to our self, now we manage E-Mail server and we use 587 port for SMTP, we use Outlook, Thunderbird, some Mailing Application, some other Automated Mailing services Like on Erp Software, Email services on e-commerce web site we do not have any problem regarding managing E-Mail server, sending and receiving Emails and Authenticating any 3rd party applications.
