We setup the osticketing system and found that Welcome / Password reset / Account Activation emails are not working for anyone. Staff and users neither of them can get these mails. I checked with the spam filter and the mail never reached there. Seems like the mails are not being sent by osticket itself. Apart from this other mails are working like new ticket alerts and ticket updates.
