403 Forbidden on donaldjtrump.io

I tried sending a ticket on this osTicket website (https://donaldjtrump.io/synapi/support/) but everytime I try to do so I get a 403 forbidden error. I am not part of this website's staff, just a normal user.
Also I don't know the website's osTicket version, I picked up 1.14 because there would be the most replies there.
There were 3 images attachments and 1 YouTube video embedded in the ticket.
It says :
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You would have to talk to them so that they can troubleshoot their issue. There isn't anything that we can tell you about what is going on with their site. I would guess that they have mod_security or SELinux running or there is a permission issue on the files on their site.
