Ticket Filters - Collaborators

Good Morning,

I have noticed that collaborators are disabled when a ticket filter adds a canned response to the ticket, it adds them, but they are all set to unticked, so they don't receive the update.

Is this a setting that I am missing or a bug?

Version of osTicket?

I personally do not use ticket filters to add canned responses so I've never run into this.

I have added a screenshot of the server details and OSTicket Version. I have attached screenshots of what I see on the ticket thread encase that helps.
