Hi All,
I have tired number of things but now at my wits end. We have quite a heavily modified 1.6st install but now its time to upgrade. I have tried in short.
Upgrade to 1.7 however I can not login after I copy files over.
Upgrade to 1.8 same issue as number 1.
I get login page and option to upgrade to v1.14.1 however it seams to get to 1.7 and fail.
Any suggestions, would be really appreciative?
Where do you get stuck? What are your PHP, database, and web server versions? What errors are listed in your logs - PHP, Apache, MySQL?
See this too: https://forum.osticket.com/d/89131-please-read-before-requesting-assistance
I gett following errors
[Mon Feb 03 17:18:41.202615 2020] [fcgid:warn] [pid 22980] [client 89.100.252.46:17948] mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 31 seconds, referer: https://help/scp/upgrade.php [Mon Feb 03 17:18:41.202639 2020] [core:error] [pid 22980] [client 89.100.252.46:17948] End of script output before headers: ajax.php, referer: https://help/scp/upgrade.php
Before I even do anything and just get upgrade page I get emails, [SELECT dept_id FROM ost_group_dept_access WHERE group_id=1]
Table 'c1support.ost_group_dept_access' doesn't exist
