hello i update my osticket version to 1.14 and i setup all mails as the one before and when i make test i got the error in my dashboard [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: SMTP AUTH is required for message submission on port 587)

ahmadghazal In your sending Email via SMTP: Authentication Required: you have No, it should be selected as Yes
Also, Fetched Emails: you have to Do nothing (not recommended) you should Delete or move to folder
ok i will change this and i will see if i still got the same error
