When using email template variables such as when a ticket is assigned, when a user clicks the url instead of going to http://tickets.site.com/osTicket/view.php?auth=token it goes to http://tickets.site.com/view.php?auth=token which of course doesn't work. How can this be fixed? Thanks!
What do you have set at: Admin panel -> Settings -> System in HelpDesk URL?
Oh wow yeah it was just http://tickets.site.com without the /osTicket I feel silly now thank you so much!
