Schedules.php 500 Internal Server Errors after update

I've updated my system (CentOS) from 1.10 to 1.14
All well (some language string missing, but not so important).
In administration, under schedules.php (without other log messages) I've found the nightmare - error (500).
Someone could give me a hint? Where I can see if something wrong?

As a second-less-important thing, can I update my phar languages on my own (maybe I can share new words traduced).

Version of osTicket?
PHP and/or [unknown] webserver error logs?

Many thanks, ntozier, after viewing the error SoftException in Application.cpp:388: UID of script xxx is smaller than min_uid, referer: xxx
point me to the resolution after viewing some other issues (was - the owner files changed on some files - after chown recursively all scp directory all was fine). Sorry for my newbily.

For the phar/language files, there are some point for updating the language resource?
