Error Valid CSRF Token Required and osticketawesome installation

Hello,
today i tried to install the official osticketawesome by following the installation process on my current working OsTicket 1.14 installation:

unfortunately after the upload of all the files I tried to access the tool and I get the following error: error Valid CSRF Token Required

I am trying to get a response from osticketawesome also but for now I cannot understand why this error occurs...

What Kevin is saying is that themes are mods, and mods are not "official".

You would need to contact the vendor (osticketawesome dot com) for support with their product.

I did...waiting answer...they gave it like compatible and in the end I get this error....bah...

You can always remove the mod. 🙂

So issue solved: It was delivered a wrong version of the mod 🙂
