If someone added a field earlier(for example 4 months), and forgot how it works. Then it would be very confusing since the lines are different.
It might be an idea to add the text of the line before(or something) to the guide.
Also, I added a new fiield named 'TeamviewerID', i made it not required:
$fields = array('type'=>'string', 'required'=>0, 'error'=>'TeamviewerID not required');
But when I skip the field when testing it still says it is required.
Also, what would be the variable, when I want to add this to the new ticket alert email?
'%{TeamviewerID}'?
