1.14.1 imap.gmail.com not working

I have a company account served by Google. And have account set-up. I can send and receive via gmail. I would like to add this email to osticket, but I always get a 'invalid login. check imap setting' error.

It looks as if the port setting is not really written as is should be. imap.gmail.com:993 But I have found no syntax to write it in properly. 'Can't connect to imap.gmail.com,993: Network is unreachable'

Any help is appreciated.

no se que hacer, me tiene loco tratando de configurar lo mismo

según lo que entendí basado en muchos foros, osticket bloquea las conexiones imap o pop cuando el servicio de correo está alojado afuera del hosting, como es el caso de gsuite. si es asi, estamos fritos!

osTicket does NOT block IMAP or POP. A third Party host might, but osTicket does not.

In my case, remembered I recently upgraded PHP from 7.1 to 7.3 so the cronjob was looking for 7.1 rather than 7.3. After the amend, bang fix the issue and emails released 🙂

MRSBPO you haven't provided us with enough information to assist you.
What is the fix for what?

If you are referring to the OP then it could be a firewall on the server, a host firewall or security suite.
If you are referring to the last response that you replied to then remember that you installed a different version of PHP and update your cron job.
