I did not understand ... I insert the links in the email template via the insert link button in the menu.
The menu gives the possibility to insert these links that it automatically writes

<p><a href="%{url}/scp">Agent Login Page</a></p>
<p><a href="%{recipient.ticket_link}">End-User Ticket Link</a></p>
<p><a href="%{url}/login.php">End-User Login Page</a></p>
The third link in the agent ticket alert email template is not generated.
It would be useful to allow the agent the possibly to forward the link to be viewed by someone else
