Since I upgraded from 1.9.14 to 1.14.1 as I reply to tickets sometimes the last word or three does not post as part of my reply. In the example reply my response should have been "Which computer?" It could be a spelling correction that does not end up in the reply... whatever I do last doesn't take effect unless I wait a while before clicking Post reply.

This behavior does not exhibit when using a canned response.

Any assistance or ideas of what to try would be greatly appreciated.

    I've never seen this behavior.

Did you clear your browser cache after the upgrade?

I did not, but now that I have I'm still seeing the same behavior.

Clutching at straws here, but is it possible the system is only sending out the draft message, and if you wait a while before clicking reply it's the new draft that's saved? Maybe some file didn't overwrite properly in the upgrade process? If so, it may be worth trying to upload the files again, ensuring everything is properly overwritten. You could also attempt just deleting all of the files (except for the ost-config.php file) then reuploading everything from scratch, but make sure you have a reliable backup before this.
While it shouldn't be necessary, I usually restart Apache after an upgrade, or the whole server to really make sure things are reloaded properly.
I've never seen this behaviour before either, so unfortunately it's just 'clutching at straws' suggestions I can offer 🙁

I tested on a few more machines and could only duplicate it on mine. I think it was an issue with a chrome extension called Read and Write. Once I disabled it the issue was resolved. Thanks for your help.
