Hi, how about I have a problem in the agent panel in the account tab, when trying to add an email I get an error in red that tells me that the email is already in use in the system, but it is the only part in The one I entered that email, could you please help me?

1.10 is end of life.

If entering the email tells you the email is in use, then the email is in use. You will need to look and figure out where it is being used.

Try Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings and Admin panel -> Emails -> Emails
