Hi, I've upgraded to the 14.1 but the new language pack for italian it's "partial" Screen attached.
Browser cache already deleted. Already tried removing the old language pack and adding only the new, but it's the same.

Agent panel -> Profile. What's your language set to for your account?
Hi, in the profile the language is the system default. I tried to change but there's the same problem.
A strange thing... in the system settings in the languages I see only english and italian. In the profile settings there are 3 different italian languages (by the way I tried all)

This is because Italian is not fully translated. If you look at the phar contents Tasks and Tickets are not translated:
As far as the Queue Names go, these will not be translated as you can set the names yourself via Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Queues.
