The Dashboard is as clos as osTicket comes to reports.
There is also a [paid] 3rd party Reports mod availble from software-mods.
Otherwise you will have to roll your own solution. That means looking at the tables and seeing how they related, and then querying for the information that you want. If you have a specific question we can probably answer it here.
