Hey Guys, Love osticket, but was wondering if someone might be able to tell me where and how I can edit the dates for tickets created/open/closed. For example if a ticket was closed on a date that is incorrect, there isn't a way to resolve this unless you edit it from the database, but I cannot see where the tickets reside in the database. I would very much appreciate some direction. Thank you all.
