I am running an osTicket v1.14.1 looking for an option where agent can respond to a ticket via email. Found below thread https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/2242 which is helpful but does not seems working with the current version. If there is any update on the current reversion for this feature, please advise
This is not and has never been a feature in osTicket. You can only achieve this by modifying the core source files.
