Gustavo1107 This could be a number of things, double check your email settings, including account, firewall, email server, logs from PHP, ostickets, web server

ntozier I use Win Server 2008 R2, reviewed the settings I knew, smtp port 587 and pop 110, not SSL, the settings saved normal, but I am not receiving the open ticket emails.

Gustavo1107 Make sure your osTicket Default Default MTA: set to SMTP it's under: Emails>Settings>Outgoing Email: Outgoing Email: Default email only applies to outgoing emails without SMTP setting.
