On another note, so one of the helpdesk instances (longest running one) is producing the following error:
Fatal error: Uncaught UnexpectedValueException: phar "/home/europein/support/helpdesk/include/i18n/no.phar" has a broken signature in /home/europein/support/helpdesk/include/class.plugin.php on line 564
I cannot replicate the same error which leads me to believe it's more than likely an issue with your setup and not an issue with the PHAR archive itself. You should try downloading the latest language pack from our website, move the current no.phar in a different directory for now (maybe outside of the project folder), and move the new one in it's place. Sometimes overwriting/replacing files doesn't work correctly. So the best thing to do is to move the current PHAR outside of the project to somewhere safe, and then move the new PHAR over. This way you know it's a fresh start and there is (basically) 0% chance something went wrong. You may also need to restart Apache and PHP-FPM (if you're running it), just in case. Also, you need to ensure you have all language related plugins Installed + Enabled for PHP listed under Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information (mbstring, phar, intl, fileinfo).
Wow.....as soon as I post this the error pops up in my logs 😩 I will look into this and get back to you.
Also when I copy and paste a picture to the reply area in the ticket threads I get error 403, and only on this helpdesk as all other instances are ok and files are now identical... well should be.... could this be related to the no.phar or something maybe in the database?
It should not be at all related to the language packs. You can do browser Inspect (Right Click + Inspect), go to the Network tab to view the browser requests, paste a photo in Redactor, and view the request Response (click request and click Response Tab) to see if there is a specific error being returned. It might be too large, or maybe it's a restricted filetype, etc.
Cheers.
