[resolved] Format buttons not displaying correctly in the reply box

Hi everyone!
I update my installation of osTicket to v1.14.1 [(f1e9e88).]

I would like to report that I noticed that in the reply box the buttons for text formatting are gone.
I attach a screenshot.

Have you cleared your browser cache?

Have you tried re-uploading the /upload folder from the distribution archive? It looks like some things didn't upload properly.

I tried to upload again all the package and now it works. Thank you!
