Hi Folks,

Today I had a day that I was looking around to find out what to do, And yes, thinking we need a good working ticket system. Soon came across osTicket, but was a bit desapointed when I read about the system requirements.

Something for M$, Apache and so.

But open source, free of charge, M$ not, Apache is not so real fast. And started to install 1.14.x (github) on my server. A little tweaking, but I soon receive the first emails for it.

The intro;
It's done when it's done. In my case it's never done, it can always be done better. Or move it to > /dev/null 2>&1

You can run osTicket under nginx. However we do not actively support it as it does not work out of the box, and requires a number of nginx configuration tweaks. You can also probably run it under a slew of other webserver software which we also do not support. Doesn't mean you cannot do it, just that we do not support it.
