Unable to export Ticket CSV

Hello, I have recently updated to v1.14.1 and I can't export the ticket's CSV. When I click export, the popup to customize the export is open and when I click again in export the waiting message is shown as always. But when the download should be done the popup just gets empty.

I have Osticket installed on Apache with MySQL 5.6.45 and PHP 7.3.12. I have recently checked the PHP extensions and everything is ok with it.

As a side note your version of PHP is ancient and you might want to consider upgrading it since it reached end of life back on Dec 21, 2018.

Thank you for your repply, I asked my hosting provider to move to a new server because PHP 7.4.0 was not allowed in the last one, so they will do this tomorrow.

While this process is done I found this error: jquery-3.4.0.min.js?f1e9e88:2 GET https://servicedesk.ioip.com.co/scp/ajax.php/export/655xX5/check 404

In related to console error logs no one is related with Osticket.

But in PHP error logs I also found this:

The error in the screen shot says that it tried to get a file from the server, and the file was not found (404).
My guess is either the file doesn't exist, there are permission issues, or that your host has done something to prevent AJAX requests being processed properly. If you navigate through other things (and get blank pop ups like that) then it would point to the latter.

If its just on export then I would think that there was likely a permission issue, or that the webserver cannot access the temp directory or something similar.

Hello, to update:

It seems that the 404 error was solved upgrading PHP version to 7.4.
Unfortunately a new 503 error was generated and I still cannot download the CSV file. Just tell me if I need to create a new request for this error.

The error is also generated when I try to filter the tickets. All points to the way hosting is processing AJAX requests? I looked for any permissions error but it seems to be ok. New error logs or php error logs haven't been generated with the upgrade.

osTicket does not support PHP 7.4 at this time.
The devs recommend PHP 7.3 currently.

7.3 also same issue , I have tested and no errors from my logs

Looks like version v1.14.1 having issue with the export part , hope osticket team can look to it
